Features
1. With high tensile strength, these steel cord belts are suitable for speedily delivering a large amount of materials in long distance.
2. During operation, our conveyor belts stretch for a short length. Hence, working distance of take-up unit is cut down to a minimum rate.
3. The framework of belt core is made of a layer of longitudinal steel wire. Therefore, this product has good wrapping strength.
4. Adhesive strength between rubber and steel wire is strong. To achieve this, we adopt superior sizing material firmly bonding to steel wire. Due to this, these steel conveyor belts can effectively resist shock and dynamic fatigue. Besides, steel wires are prevented from rusting and twisting or cutting each other. In all, our products serve a longer period.
5. The steel wire can evenly distribute power to ensure belts move steadily.
6. When loading, these conveyor belts can easily form a deep groove so that materials won't scatter and drop away.
Classifications
1. Normal steel cord conveyor belt
Our normal steel cord belt is classified into ST series and GX series. It is composed of galvanized steel wire, core rubber and various covers with different functions.
2. Lateral enhancement belt (tearing-proof)
On the basic structure of normal steel cord conveyor belt, this enhancement belt is added with a layer of lateral laid steel cord, steel fabric or fiber which is perpendicular to the longitudinal steel layer. Hence, it performs better in resisting shock and tearing.
